TECS Group is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a new 5-year term contract with Cross Keys Homes (CKH), a leading provider of affordable homes for rent and sale. CKH manage over 11,000 properties across the East of England for social housing, shared ownership, private rent and leasehold.
This contract will see TECS Group provide a wide range of water hygiene services including Legionella Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Legionella Risk Assessments (LRAs) and monthly monitoring across 54 supported living and sheltered accommodation schemes in the Peterborough region.
