New Contract win – Stockport Homes

TECS Group, the specialist provider of critical asset services to the built-environment is delighted to announce it has been awarded a new water hygiene and legionella control contract for Stockport Homes.

Stockport Homes is Stockport’s largest landlord managing over 12,000 properties on behalf of Stockport Council and private landlords as well as its own growing portfolio of new-build homes.

This contract will initially run for three years with an optional extension of up to two years taking the contract length to five years in total. The contract is currently being mobilised ready for us to commence our servicing programme in January 2023.
