Internal Promotion - Kelly Pritchard

We are pleased to announce the recent promotion of Kelly Pritchard to the role of Service Manager within the Managed Solutions division. Kelly joined TECS in the summer of 2016 and has played a key role in the growth and development of our Managed Solutions service offering.


Kelly is a tenacious and hardworking individual who has demonstrated considerable aptitude in developing trusted working relationships with our customers such as Saba Parking, Telent Technology Services and, more recently, YMCA, the oldest and largest youth charity in the world.


Under the leadership of Darren Hilliar, the Managed Solutions division has grown from modest beginnings servicing a handful of regional office contracts into a national operation providing a wide range of critical asset services to blue-chip customers across the public and private sectors.


This experience and dedication leaves Kelly exceptionally well placed to make a great success in her new role. Key aspects of Kelly’s role will include:

  • In association with the Head of Managed Solutions, Darren Hilliar she will be responsible for service and contract compliance across our Managed Solutions contracts to ensure all our customers’ requirements and standards are exceeded.

  • Act as the central communication point – liaising regularly with all the divisions customers keeping them informed of all works and services within the properties as required.

  • Working with our Lead Service Technicians and supply chain partners to co-ordinate the delivery of small & medium sized project works.

  • On authorisation of quoted works assign individual responsibilities or, if required, appoint suitably approved sub-contractors.

  • To provide and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for works in-line with our customers requirements.

  • Carry out weekly checks and audits on TECS’s CAFM system to ensure works are being completed in-line with company/customer expectations.

  • Ensure quotations are provided to our customers in a timely manner and are in-line with company expectations.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews with third party suppliers operating across our contracts.

  • To understand customer requirements and provide solutions to meet and exceed the needs and contribute to customer objectives.

  • Attend and actively participate in monthly meetings with TECS customers as required by our contractual obligations

Kelly will continue to report directly to Darren Hilliar, Head of Managed Solutions & Water Hygiene and her TECS Group contact details remain the same.
